昭和へタイムトリップ！レトロな鉄道体験ができる
旧片上鉄道の吉ケ原駅舎と操車場のあった場所に作られた柵原ふれあい鉱山公園。園内には1955（昭和30）年頃の鉱山の様子や暮らしぶりを再現した柵原鉱山資料館や、実際に使用していた車両（11両）の展示があり、見学が可能。毎月第1日曜日には敷地内の吉ヶ原駅～黄福柵原駅（片道約400ｍ）までの間を保存車両の展示運転が行われ、有料で試乗することもできます。鉄道ファンや小学生の自由研究にも人気のスポットです。

Time trip to Showa! Retro train experience
Yanahara Fureai Kouzan Park was built in the place where the former Katakami Railway Kichigahara station building and the yard were located. In the park, there is an exhibition of the Yanahara Mine Museum that reproduced the state of the mine and the way of life around 1955, and 11 vehicles that were actually used. On the first Sunday of every month, the preserved vehicle will be on display from Kichigahara Station to Kofukuyanahara Station (about 400m one way) on the premises, and you can test ride for a fee. It is a popular spot for free study by railway fans and elementary school students.
